A Day at the Pumpkin Patch

Last Sunday I went with some family to a local pumpkin patch for the ever-traditional “finding the perfect pumpkin.”  Locally, we have quite a few options for picking out pumpkins, but the place we ended up going is a pig farm that offers “pick your own pumpkins” from their pumpkin patch every fall.  There is also a corn maze.

The day we went, the sun was shining and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky.   It was hot.  In October.  But hey, I’m not complaining.  We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to spend roaming the pumpkin patch.  Now, picking out the perfect pumpkin is on my fall bucket list, so going to the pumpkin patch and the corn maze was just an added plus!  And going with my niece and nephews made it all the better.  They are so fun :-)

Happy Saturday!  xoxo
