Baked Pumpkin Donuts

Hope you lovelies had a wonderful weekend! Husband and I went out for BBQ followed by a movie with friends. We saw Interstellar, which was crazy- definitely kept my interest for not being a movie I would choose. The Cougs won on Saturday and the Seahawks won on Sunday. It was a great weekend, football-wise:) Since it’s Monday today and Mondays can be tough, I want to share something sweet and happy. Baked donuts!

When I got my pan for baking donuts I was thrilled! How fun, right? Since it’s fall, the first donut recipe I tried was for pumpkin donuts. Pumpkin donuts with maple cinnamon glaze to be exact.

Here’s the recipe I used as a base. I halved the ingredients so it only made six, and I didn’t have maple extract so I just used maple syrup with less sugar. It worked out fine!

As these were baking, I was giddy. Little baked donuts were going to come out of my oven!

YUM. These were so delicate and tasty. I will definitely be making them again. I can’t wait to try out some more recipes!
