Taco Tuesday

Taco nights are so easy and so delicious.  We turned our Taco Tuesday into a fiesta tonight by having a margarita with dinner.  (We have leftover margarita from National Margarita Day… Read about how we celebrated in this weekend recap.)

We always have ground beef on hand because we buy it from Coscto.  It lasts us a long time that way, since we don’t have it too often.  After work I had my hubby stop by the store and pick up chips, salsa, and tortillas.  That gave me time to start the ground beef.  (We also always have the seasonings for tacos on hand as well.)  Shred up some cheese, whip up some margaritas and you have yourself a perfect and simple Taco Tuesday!

The margaritas we had are just the Jose Cuervo pre-made margarita that comes in the big bottle.  (I know, I know, but National Margarita Day was busy for us, so we had to cut some corners…)  I added salt to the rim of our glasses, sliced some lime to toss in the margs, and I added a splash of triple sec.  They were delish!

Cheers!

Cheers, y’all!  xoxo
