Open That Bottle Night

You know how February 28th was Open That Bottle Night? (Let’s just assume for a second that you are like me and celebrate every single thing possible…) Well, my dear friend sent me a bottle of Coiled Wines 2014 Rizza, and I knew that Open That Bottle Night would be the perfect time for me to open it up! It was spectacular! I adore a bubbly beverage, and this sparkling wine did not disappoint. The coolest part though is that the 2014 Rizza is Idaho’s FIRST sparkling wine made in the method of champagne!
