We had lots of fun during fall, so I figured I’d combine it all into one post – since I’m so behind on the blog! Let’s jump right in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First up, the pumpkin patch!! We didn’t go last year because Milly wasn’t walking yet (how is that possible?!), so I knew we would for sure go this year. We tried out Chelan Valley Farms in Manson, WA, and it was amazing. The friendliest owners, the best views, hay rides, and lots of pumpkins and other things to pick straight from the patch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went to our small town’s first annual Harvest Hoedown, which was so fun. They did such a good job with it – we will definitely go back if they do it again! The highlight for Milly were all the jumping castles. We ate, played cornhole, checked out the silent auction, and had festive cupcakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next – our pumpkin carving night! I was so excited for this, and Milly had such a blast with it. We had some yummy snacks, wine for the parents, and we carved three pumpkins. Lighting them up at the end is always my favorite part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Halloween, we dressed up as two white bunnies and a magician. (Because the husband is such a good magician, he can pull TWO rabbits out of his hat.) We went to a trunk or treat event with some of my family. Milly said trick or treat at maybe four of the cars and then was over it, so we went to grab hot chocolate and let her dance of some energy. ;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had our own little family Thanksgiving together in early November – just an excuse for me to plan a festive menu and cook it for just the three of us. I made a fun charcuterie board to munch on, paired with some prosecco for while I was in the kitchen all day. Dinner was simple, but tasty, and I think my favorite part was the pumpkin pie I made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we’re still in November, I’ll wrap the rest of the things we did up! I attended a super sweet baby shower for one of my besties, and the husband and I had a football weekend away. Earlier in the year we had won tickets to a coug game plus a stay at the Davenport in Spokane. It was awesome – I loved the hotel, we walked to some good places downtown Spokane, we tailgated, and the Cougs won! A pretty great weekend. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, we’ll end with Thanksgiving! We spent it with some of my husband’s family – a relaxing day of mimosas, laughs, and yummy food. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
