July, leaving so soon? I can’t believe we are already over halfway through 2015! Here’s my July recap:<\/p>\n

Traveled:\u00a0<\/strong>I didn’t really go anywhere outside of my hometown this month. I’ve been too busy planning for my epic road trip I’m taking in August! I CAN’T WAIT!<\/p>\n

Read:\u00a0<\/strong>Okay, so I’m still reading the same book I was reading in June. It’s called\u00a0“Best Friends Forever”. Maybe I’ll finish it poolside while I’m on vacation;)<\/p>\n

Ate & Drank:\u00a0<\/strong>Sushi, burgers & fries, shaved ice, juicy watermelon, pink wine, fish & chips, PEACH MILKSHAKE, salmon, pulled pork, and birthday cake! Yummmm.<\/p>\n

Friends:\u00a0<\/strong>I had lots of friend time! One of my besties came into town so we got together with another friend for sushi followed by wine and painting at my house. It was SO fun! We also had a girl’s night where we went out dancing. I had dinner with my friend Holly one night. One of our friend couples moved so we attended a housewarming BBQ at their new place. And one of Marty’s best friends was in town so we got to spend time with him as well!<\/p>\n

Family:\u00a0<\/strong>I spent the 4th hanging out with my brother Joel and my sister-in-law Melissa. We also had a family get-together celebrating all the July birthdays in the family.<\/p>\n

Exercise:\u00a0<\/strong>You guys! The husband and I have actually been sticking to an exercise routine! Yay!<\/p>\n

Celebrate:\u00a0<\/strong>We celebrated the 4th of July by watching a free concert in the park. David Dunn performed and he was awesome! We also celebrated all the July birthdays, including my hubby’s! Oh, and my Westie pup Joey turned 3!<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Mani of the Month:\u00a0<\/strong>This month I rocked Essie’s Resort Fling with a sparkly gold accent nail.<\/p>\n

Smiles:\u00a0<\/strong>Awesome friend time, a festive groomed Westie, shaved ice in 100 degree weather, meeting David Dunn, wine on the deck, cuddly pups, and getting some road trip essentials in the mail!<\/p>\n

Heard:\u00a0<\/strong>Honestly, I’ve just been listening to Pandora lately. A mix of top hits, top country, and laid back brunch radio. Seriously:)<\/p>\n

Watched:\u00a0<\/strong>We’ve had a couple movie nights with movies picked by the husband. We watched Birdman and Ex Machina. Neither were my speed. But we did watch Just Go With It which was really funny!<\/p>\n

And with that, Summer is halfway over! I’m so excited for August – it’s road trip month, ya’ll!<\/p>\n
