Greetings from Vegas! Today is my 25th birthday, and also our last day here. I’m having a blast of course- it’s Vegas! In honor of turning the big 2-5, I’m sharing 25 awesome things from my life so far. It’s so easy to get swept up in dreaming of what the future holds, but I think it’s a good idea to reflect on the great things that have already happened every now and then. So, here they are in no particular order!<\/p>\n
1. Got married.
\n2. Graduated with honors from Washington State University.
\n3. Bought a house.
\n4. Honeymooned in Jamaica.
\n5. Took an Alaskan cruise.
\n6. Learned to snowboard.
\n7. Went kayaking.
\n8. Went snorkeling.
\n9. Adopted a puppy from the pound.
\n10. Got a westie.
\n11.Turned 21 in Las Vegas.
\n12. Became an auntie.
\n13. Swam with dolphins.
\n14. Climbed to the top of ancient ruins in Mexico.
\n15. Went on a road trip, just my best friend and I.
\n16. Took a girl’s trip to the coast with two of my favorite gals.
\n17. Sat on the Friend’s couch at Warner Bros studio.
\n18. Got baptized.
\n19. Learned how to shoot a gun.
\n20. Saw The All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, Avril Lavigne, Simple Plan, Angels and Airwaves, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Josh Turner, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, Building 429, Love & the Outcome, and Journey in concert, just to name a few.
\n21. Rode in a limo down the strip in Vegas.
\n22. Was a bridesmaid in two weddings.
\n23. Went on day hikes in the mountains.
\n24. Went zip lining in the jungle in Mexico.
\n25. Paid off my student loans.<\/p>\n
And with that, I’m off to enjoy the rest of my birthday and our last night here!<\/p>\n
