Spring Bucket List Recap

Okay, so I know it technically isn’t summer yet… but the weather sure has me thinkin’ otherwise.  I’m ready to move on to my summer bucket list!  Before I do though, I thought I’d follow up on my spring bucket list and share how I did on it.  If you want to see the list, here it is!

Go wine tasting: I was lucky enough to go wine tasting with some of my hubby’s family for his sister’s 22nd birthday.  It was so much fun!  We wine toured in beautiful Chelan, visiting three different wineries.  I’m already dying to go back.

Make cinnamon rolls: I did this, and I shared the recipe for the world’s BEST cinnamon rolls here.  No joke.  These can’t be beat.

Have a fiesta: Does going out for pomegranate margaritas to celebrate Cinco de Mayo count?  Yeah… I think so.

Decorate eggs: Always more fun with kids.  Thankful for my niece and nephews who decorated these beauties :)

Take the dogs on a hike: We did take them on a little woodsy outing, but I want to take them on a more intense hike this summer. They love it.

Spring cleaning: A never ending task!  I definitely did some spring cleaning, but that garage of ours is still waiting for its extra attention.

Do an at home spring mani: I did this lots of times!  Butter London’s “Trout Pout” was my favorite color this spring!

Celebrate Easter: We had an awesome Easter celebration this year. Another amazing day to feel utterly blessed.

Make spring sangria: Check out the recipe here!  It was delicious.  I’m ready for peach summer sangria now!

Decorate with fresh flowers: I did decorate with some beautiful carnations.  I love how they look, how long they last, how inexpensive they are, and the bright cheery colors they come in.

Grow something: (deep sigh) Okay… I tried. I really did. But- the plants I bought didn’t make it. Maybe next year?

Did you guys do all you wanted this spring?  There’s a couple weeks before it’s officially summer, so I better start working on my summer bucket list. Happy Saturday!

xoxo,
Kayla
